Baked in the Sun manufactures high quality, fresh, frozen, and par-baked products for coffee houses, supermarkets and restaurants. We distribute directly to customers throughout Southern California and Las Vegas via our own fleet of delivery trucks, and nationally throughout the
remainder of the United States via distributors. Baked in the Sun is certified kosher by the rabbinical council of Kosher LA in Southern California, and by
KSA in Las Vegas. There
are quality assurance and food safety plans in place and 100% metal detection of all nationally distributed products. The goal at Baked in the Sun is to produce the best product out there, at a competitive price. Baked in the Sun is a woman-owned and operated business, and has been for 25 years. |
