Baked in the Sun complies with all the applicable regulations of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). We operate under the principles of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and comply with the Good Manufacturing Practices in Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Part 110 (21 CFR 110). Baked in the Sun is registered under the Federal Bioterrorism Act and have Food Defense plans. We have attained GFSI certification under the BRC 7 food auditing scheme. GFSI audit reports and certifications can be requested by the customer for review. Per company policy, a review of HACCP plans can be conducted during customer on-site assessments. FDA Plant Registry numbers are considered confidential.
